How are you keeping yourself fit and healthy over this lockdown period? Without any gyms/tracks open you must be having to improvise?
So I’ve been fortunate enough to move in with my pilot and team mate Axel Brown who has built a near enough full home gym, with a rack, 200kg+ of plates, adjustable dumbbells, GHD machine and a lifting platform! Nothing has really changed for me training wise as I can gym as normal and can sprint anywhere. I’ve been using the extra time to focus on rehabbing my ankle and improving my general mobility which is something I’ve neglected over the past twelve months. In terms of general health, I don’t think I’ve ever felt better, now I have more time to prepare good food, I feel like I have more energy and I’ve actually started to enjoy cooking again
